He has had about 7 different calls from A&Rs in the Industry in the past 2 yrs. From Pretty Ricky's Manager to 3-6 Mafia Manager. I asked him "Why won't you just take one? These offers won't keep coming? Antonio says, "Its not the right deal...its not the one we're looking for."
Finally I heard him on the phone some weeks back talking to some one about emailing a track. Here we are a few weeks later in progress of completing a deal that will get Antonio Jackson a radio hit single featuring Lil Wayne! Even with all the controversy Lil Wayne is still one of the most relevant artist out. We listened to the track with no beat so it was only Lil Waynes vocals. Antonio thought it was hot so the deal is in progress as we speak. Yesterday we talked with industry executives over the financial situation and how we will get it recorded. Today we talked with one of Antonio Jackson's lawyers who is looking into the background of the matter. It is a busy process with talks of contracts, rights, lawyers, and finances. It can be a lot to juggle in the beginning. As of right now the deal is on the table and has been for a few weeks.
